Every May (apart from 2020, of course!) Brighton celebrates with a huge arts festival. Around the Brighton Festival, is the even bigger Brighton Fringe – a huge city-wide party full of street performers, musicians, artists and all kinds of weird and wonderful fun. It’s a great time to be in the city!

The Royal Pavilion is one of the most famous landmarks in Brighton. A very unusual, Indian style palace where a famous prince once lived. A fascinating visit for anyone, but especially those who love history.

5. Don’t forget the Pier!

Brighton Palace Pier is the city’s second most famous landmark. More than 120 years old, the pier is a favourite for tourists to the city, with rides, amusements and beautiful views over the sea. Don’t forget to try some fish’n’chips!

6. Or the magic of the Sealife Centre.

One of the oldest aquariums in the world, the Sealife Centre is a lovely place to visit and take a tour. Located right next to the Palace Pier, it is a must see for all visitors to the city.
