Our English courses are designed to support learners at every stage of their journey.
We welcome students of all ages into our international community, and each year we teach a mix of younger and older learners from around the world. Whether you’re preparing for university, improving your career opportunities, or simply learning English for personal growth, our courses can help you achieve your goals.
Adult students can join our courses from the age of 16. During the summer, we also offer a dedicated programme for teenagers aged 12–15 through our Castle School of English Young Learners Programme.
Our maximum class size for adult students is 12, although classes often have around 8 students, ensuring plenty of teacher contact time and personalised support.

Our General English courses are designed to help you improve your overall level of English, whether you’re studying for a few weeks or several months. Develop your speaking, listening, reading and writing skills, expand your vocabulary and grammar knowledge, and build fluency and confidence for everyday life.
These popular courses provide a strong foundation for students who want to progress to exam preparation courses such as Cambridge Assessment English exams or IELTS.
Our English Culture and Skills afternoon course builds on the morning academic programme by helping you use English in real-life situations — from speaking with local people and improving workplace communication skills to learning more about British culture.
For students looking for faster progress, we also offer a super-intensive option combined with private one-to-one lessons, allowing you to focus on your specific goals and learning needs.
